Know MK677 Solubility in ethanol to do our own solution

In this experiment, we will test the ability of ethanol to dissolve MK677 to evaluate its effectiveness as a solvent.
The purpose and significance of the experiment
The purpose of this experiment was to test the solubility of 1g MK677 in ethanol. Through this experiment, we can know whether ethanol is suitable for the dissolution of MK677 as a solvent, and whether it can be used as an effective solvent in the experiment. At the same time, we will discuss the influence of different concentrations of ethanol on the solubility, and further provide reference for the application of MK677.
Experimental procedure
Initial test: Add 2ml of ethanol
First, take 1g MK677 powder, add 1ml ethanol and stir. Since ethanol has a strong dissolving power, we expected to be able to see the powder dissolve. Using ultrasonic cleaner to help dissolve, we observed that most of the powder was dissolved and only part of the powder was undissolved. This suggests that ethanol may have a limited ability to dissolve MK677, or more solvent amounts may be required.
Increase solvent amount: Add to 4ml ethanol
We add 2ml ethanol again, now a total of 4ML has been added, and ultrasonic cleaner is used again to help dissolve.
After full mixing, MK677 powder was completely dissolved and the solution was clarified. This indicates that ethanol is very soluble to MK677.
Let stand and observe
Finally, we let the solution sit for 24 hours to observe any possible precipitation or stratification. The results of static observation showed that the solution did not stratify or precipitate significantly at rest, which means that the solubility of ethanol to MK677 is relatively stable.
Conclusion
This experiment showed that the solubility of ethanol to MK677 was good, and 1g MK677 raw powder could be completely dissolved by 4ml ethanol. Therefore, ethanol is a good choice when preparing the solution of MK677.
